Here's an update on the Heart painting. I'm still painting a couple pieces at a time, which ends up being really fun. Again, the focus is on the anatomy, or the body as a whole. This process will stick with me for awhile. Why? The body is so fascinating and complex, that it provides enough wonder and interest to want to study it over a lifetime. I hope to understand more physiology, so that I will know what exactly is going on when I paint it. Yes, by the way, the How Weird Street Festival was yesterday, and though I didn't get any pictures, I can say, it was nuts! Yes, electronic music, and dancing in the streets always gets me!
